This Returns policy applies to orders placed through the official RoninDojo shop (shop.ronindojo.io).
All sales are final after transaction confirmation. No returns.
B-Stock products sold via shop.ronindojo.io are fully functional/operational but are heavily discounted due to small cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to: minor scratches to surface finish, minor chips to surface finish. All sales are final for items sold under the category of B-Stock.
Any item that arrives damaged must remain in its as-delivered configuration / condition, must not be tampered with, and must be photographed with original packaging and reported via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days (see "How to contact Customer Service").
All shipping costs associated with a replacement under this circumstance will be covered by RoninDojo.
Hardware faults (non-functional or non-operational):
Any item that arrives non-functional or non-operational must remain in its as-delivered configuration, must not be tampered with, and must be reported via email to email@example.com within 14 days (see "How to contact Customer Service"). Explanation of the issue/s must be provided, with any photographs and/or accompanying screenshots.
The RoninDojo team will first try to troubleshoot the issue with you to determine if it can be rectified, or if there is a hardware fault with your purchase. If a hardware fault is determined, you will eligible for a replacement and the RoninDojo team will provide the steps required by you of how to proceed. All shipping costs associated with a replacement under this circumstance will be covered by RoninDojo.

- Email subject: "Damaged Shipment + Order Number" or "Hardware Fault + Order Number"
- Proof of purchase
- Original email address used for purchase
- Description of your issue/s
